My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund.
To complete your return, I require a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase you received from me.
Once your return request has been received, I will email you to notify you that I have received it. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the time that your credit card company and/or bank typically take.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
